Role Overview
As our Luxury Outdoor Living Design & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners ready to invest in their dream backyard. You’ll guide them through the creative process, design fully customized outdoor living concepts, and help them feel confident in every decision — from inspiration to contract.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget.
- Design and propose complete outdoor living concepts (including pools, spas, kitchens, fire features, and hardscaping).
- Collaborate with our in-house design/build team to align vision with construction feasibility.
- Present clear, professional proposals with warmth and confidence.
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience in custom home construction, luxury services, or outdoor living design.
- A passion for design and creating high-quality, livable spaces.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills — especially when helping families make collaborative decisions.
- Well-organized and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
- Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, design software, or visualization platforms) is a plus.
- Local knowledge of the North LA / Santa Clarita area is a strong bonus.
