Position Overview
We are looking to hire a well-qualified applicant for a full-time Field Agent position based out of our West Palm Beach office. This is a mobile position in a growing property management company and most of your responsibilities will involve you being at our properties in Palm Beach and neighboring counties. Your day-to-day workload will consist of traveling to those properties to take marketing photos, perform inspections for move-ins and move-out, and mid-lease.
On occasion, you will meet with prospective tenants and show our vacant units and owner meet and greets. You will work closely with the leasing and maintenance department leads to ensure all information about the properties is always current. A company vehicle is provided for this position.
Responsibilities
Drive to and from appointments throughout Palm Beach and neighboring counties (company vehicle provided) ·
Meet potential residents at properties and conduct showings·
Conduct thorough property inspections and create punch lists based on observations ·
Maintain an inventory of keys and lockboxes for the properties·
Conduct mid-lease inspections and create lists based on observations·
Communicate effectively with other departments about immediate needs·
Maintain high levels of integrity, authenticity, and honesty while conducting all business in a time-efficient manner
Minimum Qualifications (Required)·
Must speak and write English fluently
Florida Driver's License in good standing·
Nonsmoker·
Ability to drive long distances and be in a vehicle and at our properties for most of your workday.
Highly adaptive mindset ·
Base-level technical understanding of phone/tablet apps and digital cameras
Attention to detail·
Ability to prioritize tasks and perform multiple tasks in a logical order·
Exceptional time-management and communication skills
Additional Qualifications (Optional but Preferred) ·
2 or more years of customer service experience·
2 or more years of property management experience·
An understanding of property maintenance needs·
Experience with AppFolio
Experience with Matterport··
Availability to work overtime·
Compensation for the Field Agent is an hourly position. Pay is based on your experience.
