Pearl Interactive Network is hiring an experienced Remote Pricing Analyst.

The Pricing Analyst supports the development, analysis, and execution of pricing strategies for labor-intensive business process outsourcing (BPO) programs, with a primary focus on federal contact center contracts and potential expansion into commercial markets. Reporting through the Finance organization, this role partners closely with Business Development, Operations, Human Resources, Contracts, and Finance to ensure pricing solutions are compliant, competitive, financially sound, and operationally executable. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and excels in Excel-based financial modeling within a regulated, proposal-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed pricing models for government and commercial BPO programs, including:
    • Direct labor
    • Indirect costs
    • Overhead, G&A
    • Non-labor expenses
  • Support proposal pricing for federal solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), ensuring full compliance with solicitation requirements, FAR principles, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with:
    • Business Development: Support win strategies, capture planning, and proposal requirements.
    • Operations: Validate staffing models, productivity assumptions, facilities, and operational feasibility.
    • Finance: Align pricing with cost structures, profitability targets, and financial controls.
    • Human Resources: Validate labor rates, compensation structures, benefits, and workforce assumptions.
    • Contracts: Support pricing compliance and contractual requirements.
  • Analyze historical performance data and cost trends to support defensible pricing assumptions.
  • Maintain, enhance, and standardize pricing tools, templates, and Excel-based financial models.
  • Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling (e.g., volume fluctuations, surge staffing, overtime, wage adjustments).
  • Support pricing reviews, approvals, audit readiness, and internal governance processes.
  • Assist with post-award pricing support, financial reviews, contract modifications, and re-pricing efforts as needed.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including:
    1. Complex formulas
    2. Pivot tables and lookups
    3. Scenario and sensitivity modeling
    4. Large data set analysis
  • Experience pricing labor-intensive service contracts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, proposal-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting federal government pricing, including cost-plus, T&M, fixed-price, IDIQ, or GSA schedules.
  • Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CAS, and cost realism requirements.
  • Experience pricing BPO programs, contact centers, healthcare services, or workforce-driven service contracts.
  • Collaboration with HR on compensation benchmarking, labor rate development, and benefits modeling.
  • Exposure to proposal development cycles and pricing review boards.
  • Experience supporting post-award pricing activities, including contract modifications or re-pricing.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
